A large ballroom also hosts large-scale member and private events throughout the year. The Club also boasts a second 20,000-square-foot “Timmons House” clubhouse, which generates a lot of activity during the summer and winter seasons.

Gross revenues exceed $9.2 million, with annual dues at approximately $5.4 million. There are 180 staff members at the height of the season and a total of 506 memberships.
