Grey Oaks Country Club | Naples, Florida
Director of Events

About the Club
Nestled in the heart of Naples, Florida, Grey Oaks Country Club is a private country club community that spans two distinct residential communities – Grey Oaks and the Estuary. Known as the crown jewel of Southwest Florida, Naples is known for its miles of gorgeous beaches, world-class shopping and dining, fantastic nature and parks, and challenging golf courses.

The Grey Oaks campus features approximately 725 front homes, and the Estuary offers an additional 175, for a total of 900 homes throughout both properties. With that, nearly 90% of the residents inside the gates of the Grey Oaks Community have chosen to become members of the Club.

Established in 1993, Grey Oaks Country Club offers its members understated elegance and resort-style living, exclusive social opportunities, 54-holes of championship golf (three challenging courses), a resort-style pool, tennis, and pickleball bocce, and wellness for residents and non-residents alike. Grey Oaks is Naples’ most treasured address: an enclave of private homes, exclusive amenities, personal wellness, casual and sophisticated dining, and natural beauty. The members of Grey Oaks Country Club embody its vision to be the ultimate country club for healthy, active living in Southwest Florida.

The Club’s fabulous amenities begin with its social and recreational centerpiece, a 62,000-square-foot main clubhouse that offers an elegant setting for casual upscale dining, gracious hospitality, and unparalleled professional service. The newly constructed 30,000-square-foot Wellness Center is exceptional in the industry and an outstanding benefit for members. The Pool Café and Sports Center, which opened in February 2017, has quickly become the envy of Southwest Florida where members can enjoy fire pits and lounge seating while relaxing in elegant, poolside cabanas and an expansive 22,000 square-foot Pool Café that overlooks a stunning 6,700 square-foot resort-style pool.

Within the Estuary at Grey Oaks, all members can enjoy the added comfort and convenience of the 20,000-square-foot Estuary Clubhouse, which features expansive outdoor deck seating and well-appointed and efficient interior dining and bar service. This Estuary Clubhouse is near the Grey Oaks Clubhouse and includes a golf pro shop along with men’s and ladies locker and card rooms and a fitness center. Throughout the three Clubhouses, members enjoy a diverse mix of upscale dining, themed dining for special events, and all-day casual dining.

Gross revenue exceeds $39 million, with Food & Beverage accounts for $7.4 million and annual dues revenue at $20.6 million. There are approximately 150 member events/year between November and mid-April. The Club is closed to events from May through October. There are five dining outlets and four ballroom/events spaces.
