About the Club
The Grey Oaks Country Club is a private country club community set in the heart of Naples, Florida, a leading vacation, and retirement destination for many of the country’s most successful individuals. Grey Oaks Country Club offers its members understated elegance and resort style living, exclusive social opportunities, 54-holes of championship golf along with tennis, pickleball, bocce and wellness for residents and non-residents alike. An enclave of private homes, exclusive amenities, personal wellness, casual and sophisticated dining, and natural beauty, Grey Oaks is Naples’ most treasured address.

Grey Oaks Country Club spans two distinct residential communities–Grey Oaks and the Estuary. The Grey Oaks campus features approximately 725 front homes, and the Estuary offers an additional 175, for a total of 900 homes throughout both properties. Nearly 90% of the residents inside the gates of the Grey Oaks Community have chosen to become members of the Club. There is a strong emphasis placed on the golf at Grey Oaks, where the Club has reached a full golf membership capacity of 780, with a golf waiting list. In addition, the Club also has 420 Sport Memberships, whose privileges include access to all the amenities except for golf privileges.

Grey Oaks Country Club’s fabulous array of amenities begins with its social and recreational centerpiece, a 62,000 sq ft main clubhouse as well as a connected 1,900 sq ft golf pro shop. This clubhouse offers an elegant setting for casual upscale dining, gracious hospitality and unparalleled professional service. In addition to numerous dining options and a full calendar of events, the Club has a newly constructed 30,000 sq ft Wellness Center that features a state-of-the-art cardio gym, two aerobic studios, a Pilates studio, spin studio, spa, and a community room for informational gatherings. Additionally, the Pool Café and Sports Center have quickly become the envy of Southwest Florida. An expansive 22,000 sq ft Pool Café features indoor and outdoor dining, flat screen TV’s, and a wood-burning pizza oven. Within the Estuary at Grey Oaks members can enjoy the added comfort and convenience of the 20,000 sq ft Estuary Clubhouse, which features expansive outdoor deck seating in addition to a well-appointed and efficient interior dining and bar service.

About the Position
The Communication and Marketing Manager reports to the COO/GM and is responsible for shaping the communications and branding strategies for the Club. This includes overseeing all aspects of internal and external marketing and the company-wide development of communications and marketing plans to increase member acquisition, retention, and engagement.

The Communication and Marketing Manager will generate consistent, accurate, timely, and effective communications of the highest quality and creativity. As a steward of the Club and the Grey Oaks brand, this position will serve as the lead creative source for written and visual communications and promotion of the Club. The position must be on-site at the Club in Naples, Florida. He/she will work in coordination with all Department Heads.

About the Ideal Candidate
The Ideal Candidate will have at least eight years’ experience working in Advertising, Marketing and/or Corporate Communications. Club/hospitality experience is highly desired as well as management experience. Additionally, the next Communication and Marketing Manager must be proficient in MS Office and standard industry software platforms and have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation and organizational skills. It is important that the chosen candidate is adept with a variety of multimedia platforms and methods. The ideal candidate will also have an ability to establish effective partnerships, be tech savvy with experience in website oversight, and understand relevant industry related tools, apps, and CRMs.
