About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has been an established General Manager/COO with a career track record managing highly regarded private golf clubs and/or country clubs. He/she will have strong knowledge of and passion for the game of golf, the golf experience from upon entering the gates, turf care standards and all that matters around the member and guest experience.  Of course, food, wine, and service are of critical importance as well.  This is all in context of serving a sophisticated, well-traveled, knowledgeable golf consumer that has experienced the best at other facilities.  While direct turf care experience is ideal, being immersed and have led in a sophisticated top tier turf environment is critical.  He/she should have a record of success in the selection, development, training, and motivation of an accomplished, service-oriented staff in a high-end, member-focused environment.
