Mira Vista Country Club | Fort Worth, Texas
General Manager
About the Club
Nestled within the scenic rolling hills of west Fort Worth, Mira Vista Country Club is the centerpiece of a gated golf course community and one of North Texas’s most desirable private clubs. Established in 1987, Mira Vista was the first new country club to open in Fort Worth in over 15 years and has since grown into a vibrant, family-oriented club with more than 840 memberships.
The Club’s origin dates back to 1985, when 625 acres of untouched ranchland were acquired with the vision of transforming the land into a premier lifestyle destination. The name Mira Vista—Spanish for “See the View”—perfectly reflects the sweeping vistas and naturally stunning terrain that inspired the community’s design and identity.
At the heart of the Club is its championship 18-hole golf course, a collaborative design by golf legend Tom Weiskopf and renowned architect Jay Morrish. In 2024, the Club began a major course renovation under the direction of architect Andy Staples, including new greens, tees, fairway shaping, new irrigation system and re-grassing. The enhanced course is expected to reopen in October 2025, marking the beginning of a new era of golf excellence.
Mira Vista became a member-owned club in 2008 and continues to invest in exceptional service, programming, and amenities that reflect the needs of today’s members while honoring its traditions.
Fort Worth offers an exceptional quality of life — a unique blend of Texas charm, cultural sophistication, and urban energy. With access to top schools, world-class museums, a booming culinary scene, and the nearby DFW International Airport, members enjoy the perfect balance of private club tranquility and metropolitan convenience.
The Club is open six days a week year round.
