About The Opportunity
NPC Hospitality Operations, Inc. (NPCHO) is a for-profit “C” corporation wholly owned by the United States Polo Association (USPA)—a distinguished 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organization.
NPCHO is dedicated to managing and operating the premier hospitality facilities at the USPA National Polo Center – Wellington (NPC). This includes the management and operation of two key entities:

(2) The Polo Club at NPC (TPC), a distinguished private club.
The NPCHO facilities were acquired when the USPA purchased the 168-acre International Polo Club in June 2022. NPCHO operates TPC as a private entity governed by its Board of Directors. Since its founding, the Board has prioritized membership growth, facility restoration, and essential upgrades.
The Polo Club (TPC) at NPC is a private club located in the heart of South Florida’s legendary horse country. At its core, TPC embodies the sport of polo and is most active during the Gauntlet of Polo®, which takes place from February to April during the winter season at NPC. TPC has 356 members and the following facilities at NPC are currently designated for its members’ use: The Mallet Grill and 7th Chukker (full-service restaurants, the latter of which is also open at times to USPA members); a swimming pool, a Spa and Gym; and a tennis facility with four courts. The public-facing facilities that are also available to Club members include The Pavilion (an event space that hosts private events year round and a buffet for the public each Sunday during the polo season); food and beverage service in the Stadium each Sunday during the season (NPC Polo Operations otherwise manages the Stadium); and beverage service at weekday polo games on the back fields at NPC via golf cart. TPC Members enjoy premier and priority access to world-class polo events as well as a variety of member-only privileges, discounts, services, programming,
TPC operates its dining facilities from October through July 4th, however aquatics, tennis, fitness programs and spa operate year-round. The pavilion is available for events year-round. Gross revenues exceed $6.7 million, dues are around $2.5 million, and it is supported by a dedicated seasonal staff of 165 professionals.
