About the Club
Founded in 1899 by Omaha’s most influential families, Omaha Country Club (OCC) has upheld a tradition of excellence for 125 years. Evolving from a traditional golf and dining club into a premier private club, OCC offers world-class amenities while preserving the camaraderie, fine dining, and sporting traditions that define its membership experience.
At the heart of the club is an engaged and multi-generational membership, many of whom are legacy members. Omaha Country Club features a championship golf course, premier practice facilities, diverse dining venues, tennis and pickleball courts, an outdoor swimming complex, and even a trap shooting range. A robust junior program includes golf, tennis, swim teams, and summer camps. Currently, the club is undergoing a renovation of its pool and hospitality areas, set for completion in 2025.

- Championship 18-Hole Golf Course (Par 71, 6,973 yards)
- Originally designed in 1927 by Langford & Moreau
- Renovated by Perry Maxwell (1951), Keith Foster (2005, 2018), and Andrew Green (2023 Master Plan)
- Features rolling terrain, mature vegetation, and challenging “Maxwell greens”
- Four-Season Golf Learning Center with climate-controlled bays and state-of-the-art technology
- Driving Range & Short Game Practice Areas
- 20,000 Sq. Ft. Clubhouse with multiple dining venues and a 200-seat ballroom
- Men’s & Ladies’ Locker Rooms
- Tennis & Pickleball Courts
- Outdoor Pool Complex (undergoing renovation)
- Active Junior Programming & Kids Camp
OCC has proudly hosted two U.S. Senior Open Championships (2013 & 2021), along with local PGA events and U.S. Open qualifiers. With a rich history, exceptional facilities, and a commitment to excellence, Omaha Country Club continues to honor its legacy while shaping the future of private club experiences.
The Club is open Tuesday through Sunday.
About The Clubhouse Manager Position
The Clubhouse Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional member experience by overseeing the daily operations of dining, events, and clubhouse services. This leadership position requires a hands-on approach to staff management, service excellence, and operational efficiency while maintaining the club’s high standards and traditions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead clubhouse dining, bar, banquet, and event operations, ensuring top-tier service.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Serve as the “Face of Food & Beverage,” engaging with members and staff.
- Maintain impeccable clubhouse standards and ensure legal compliance.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee inventory and vendor relations.
- Enhance communication, resolve member concerns, and support marketing efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years in private clubs or luxury hospitality, ideally as a Director of F&B or AGM, with a history of enhancing service and programming.
- Team Development: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Financial & Operational Expertise: Strong budgeting, expense management, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Hands-On & Service-Driven: Visible, approachable, and proactive with a “lead by example” mentality.
- Industry Knowledge & Technical Skills: Advanced wine service expertise, hospitality software proficiency, and a solid understanding of employment regulations.
