Director of Food & Beverage
About the Association
Located in the scenic Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas, the Bella Vista Property Owners Association (BVPOA) is one of the largest in the nation, serving more than 32,000 residents in Northwest Arkansas. Originally established as a resort in 1965 and incorporated as a city in 2007, Bella Vista offers an exceptional quality of life surrounded by beautiful lakes, forests, and trails. The Association manages seven golf courses, seven lakes, 120+ miles of hiking and biking trails, recreation centers, tennis and pickleball courts, campgrounds, and multiple dining venues.
Northwest Arkansas continues to thrive—ranked among the Top 10 Places to Live in the U.S. (U.S. News & World Report), named the “New Capital of Cool” (The Daily Mail), and recognized by Money magazine as one of America’s Best Places to Live. The region’s economy is anchored by Fortune 500 firms, including Walmart, JB Hunt, and Tyson Foods. It is complemented by strong schools, a rich culture, and a cost of living below the national average.
The BVPOA offers a vibrant and diverse array of amenities—ranging from lakeside fine dining and lively pubs to championship golf and scenic outdoor recreation. The Association continues to invest in new experiences such as the Tanyard Creek Practice Center, a state-of-the-art golf and social hub featuring teaching bays, simulators, and a bar patio, further solidifying Bella Vista’s reputation as a premier place to live, play, and connect.
