Carolyn Kepcher, Vice President

Carolyn is a 30-year high-profile industry leader in the Club and Hospitality Industry, specializing in talent recruitment, operations, marketing, strategic planning, and construction.

For 12 years, Carolyn was an Executive Vice President with the Trump Organization in its golf sector, contributing to the development and operations of the first four Trump National Golf Club properties. During her tenure, she successfully secured hosting rights for LPGA, MGA, and USGA tournaments and events. Carolyn also appeared as a Co-Star judge on NBC’s The Apprentice. She served as Vice President and General Manager at Aspetuck Valley Country Club in Weston, CT, and as COO at The Redding Country Club in Redding, CT, where she oversaw membership development, operations, and several large construction projects. She has been a member of the CMAA since 1996.

Carolyn has spoken worldwide as a keynote speaker for various Fortune 500 companies, focusing on leadership, team building, and club operations. Additionally, she was a weekly columnist for The New York Daily News in the business/money section. In 2021, she co-founded Cedar Tree Hospitality, LLC, which owns and operates The Snowed Inn, a 5-star boutique hotel located at the base of the famous Killington Mountain in Vermont.

A recipient of the prestigious Toastmasters International Golden Gavel award for Excellence in Communications and Leadership, Carolyn also won the Stevie Award for Women in Business in the category of “Women Helping Women” and is a New York Times Best Selling Author. She is particularly passionate about helping women advance their careers in today’s competitive marketplace. In 2024 Carolyn was invited to serve on the new board of directors for Killington Resort, a testament to her industry influence and commitment.

A native of Ridgefield, Connecticut, Carolyn currently resides in Killington, Vermont, with her husband Ken. In her free time, she enjoys golf, skiing, and hiking.
