Pamela Roumas, Administrative Assistant  

Pam is a seasoned Administrative Assistant with over 20 years of client-facing, administrative and management experience. Pam has spent her career optimizing productivity, efficiency, and service.

For over two decades, Pam has served as an administrative assistant, accustomed to working in incredibly fast-paced environments, providing support to a range of team members in human resources, executive search, and retail industries. Most recently Pam was the Client Service Manager at AleraGroup for nine years where she was the single point of contact for benefit inquires, enrollments, billing, and claims. In all her roles, Pam has proven herself to be a highly experienced professional who works effectively with team members, takes initiative and pro-actively identifies and addresses processes.  Pam is known for being highly responsive, resolving issues and addresses questions effectively and efficiently.

As Club Thinking Partners’ Administrative Assistant, Pam ensures operational and service excellence while overseeing a range of assignments across the Firm’s consulting and executive search projects. Pam is also responsible for coordinating administrative functions for the office including report production, proposal preparation, candidate testing as well as database coordination.

Pam attended Gibbs College and currently resides in Fairfield, Connecticut. In her free time, Pam enjoys being outdoors on the trails off-roading and hiking with her dog.
