Member Surveys & Focus Groups
Club Thinking Partners is engaged by multiple clubs to conduct online member surveys. The majority of these clients have elected to test the findings of their member survey with focus groups facilitated by CTP.  Services include drafting and deploying the online survey tool, assisting the Club with communications around the survey, and facilitating focus groups following the close of the survey. Focus groups are held in person or virtually with agreed upon membership segments. The final work product is a comprehensive report with the survey results and findings, and an Executive Summary.   Communication is critical with the membership so CTP drafts all missives each aligned with the club’s strategic thinking.
