Club Thinking Partners has been engaged for over five years by this high-end, privately owned country club in New England. When the firm got involved, the Club was simply a dream.  Today, the club features an award winning golf course, lodging, spa, a range of racquet facilities, fitness, lodging and a 123 acre working farm.  The firm has been involved since its infancy, developing the club’s bank pro forma’s, initial operating and capital budgets while shaping every element of design development, service and operating standards.

The Firm provides strategy and operational guidance to the ownership and management team on all areas of the business: club management, food & beverage, golf operations, membership marketing, catering sales, and lodging. Club Thinking Partners team members visit the Club at least twice a month and are key contributors to the annual operating budget, membership marketing plans, and catering sales plans.

The Firm leads on all executive searches for key positions across the business, In 2021, CTP is coordinating fam trips for the management team to tour premier club operations in Florida.
