Seven Lakes Country Club | Palm Springs, California
General Manager

About the Community
Nestled in south Palm Springs, Seven Lakes Golf and Country Club is a stunning 120-acre mid-century modern community developed by William Grant between 1964 and 1972. Featuring 341 residences designed by Richard Harrison and William Cody, the gated community is one of Palm Springs’ first private golf communities.

Set in the Melody Ranch neighborhood, Seven Lakes offers beautiful mountain views, green vistas, low density, executive golf, and unique dining experiences. The Ted Robinson-designed par 58 golf course is at the heart of this 24/7 guarded community, marked by its classic mid-century design.

Residences wind around the golf course, showcasing stunning mountain views, with fifteen swimming pools/spas near each home. The Ric Harrison and William Cody Clubhouse features an elegant dining room and a patio overlooking the golf course, while an active bar/lounge hosts casual dining and special events.

Managed by a homeowner-elected Board of Governors, the Seven Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. ensures the community’s well-being, including professional landscaping services and a 30-year reserve funding program. Other amenities include 15 heated swimming pools/spas, 11 BBQ areas, a tennis court, and pickleball courts. With over 30% designated as “green space” and 75% of dwellings enjoying golf course views, Seven Lakes remains a low-density gem.

Conveniently located minutes from downtown Palm Springs and the airport, Seven Lakes is featured annually in the Palm Springs Modernism Tour. It continues to offer outstanding activities, amenities, and enduring friendships.

Gross cash inflow is $5.4 million, monthly dues are $1,606, and annual F&B revenue is $690,000. There are 341 homes and nine board members. The Association’s facilities are staffed seven days a week in season and five days a week in the off-season.
