Great Harbor Yacht Club | Nantucket, Massachusetts
General Manager

About the Club
Great Harbor Yacht Club (“GHYC”) is one of the most exclusive private clubs in America and the heartbeat of summer life on Nantucket. Founded in 2003, the Club has rapidly become a premier waterfront institution where generations of families gather to sail, dine, compete, celebrate, and create lifelong traditions.

Set directly on Nantucket Harbor, GHYC combines luxury hospitality, an active waterfront lifestyle, and a deeply engaged membership culture, unlike anything else in the private club industry. Members move seamlessly from morning sailing races and tennis clinics to afternoons at the pool and wellness to evenings overlooking the harbor with family and friends. The energy is vibrant, the expectations are high, and the experience is extraordinary.

The Club operates from two campuses: a harborfront clubhouse on Nantucket Harbor, home to the marina, dining, and social spaces, and a separate Racquet & Swim Center with racquet, aquatic, and junior programs and fitness amenities. GHYC is known for warm, anticipatory service, exceptional family programming, and a culture that values both excellence and genuine relationships.

For the right leader, this is far more than a General Manager role. It is a rare opportunity to lead one of the country’s elite yacht clubs in one of the most iconic coastal destinations in the world while fully integrating professionally and personally into the community.
